Voldeno is a wired system — it works best in new builds where cabling is part of the electrical design. In existing buildings, installation is possible during major renovations when rewiring is already underway. For simpler scenarios, a single Hub module can integrate with other devices over HTTP/TCP — no additional wiring required.

? What if my electrician doesn't know Voldeno?

Voldeno wiring doesn't require any specialist knowledge beyond standard electrical skills — everything is thoroughly documented in our technical documentation. Any electrician can handle the installation on their own. We can also connect you with a certified Voldeno installer in your area, and we handle system configuration remotely.

? Can I control my home without the app?

Absolutely. All you need are standard momentary push-button switches — the same ones available at any electrical supply store. The app is an additional convenience, not a requirement.

? What happens if the internet goes down?

Nothing changes. Voldeno processes everything locally. All automations, scenes, and controls continue working without internet. You only lose remote access from outside your home.

? How much does a typical installation cost?
