What you will be able to do

After the course you can commission a first installation on your own.

Design a bus topology and pick modules for a typical project
Wire the bus and mount modules on a DIN rail to the installation guidelines
Configure the installation in Voldeno Studio and build logic from logic blocks
Describe the expected behaviour to the AI assistant and review the proposed change before you approve it
Check the logic in simulation, deploy it to the modules and update firmware
Hand the installation over with the mobile app and remote access

System architecture
How the installation is split into modules in the switchboard, the Voldeno Bus, the role of the Hub and expansion modules, and how configuration moves from Studio onto the installation.

A walk through the Voldeno modules and the jobs each one is for. Bus topology, cable cross-sections, termination and placement on the DIN rail.

Discovering modules, configuring inputs and outputs, the logic-block library and the visual editor. First configuration from an empty project.

Programming on the demo case
You work at your own station. You configure lighting, blinds, heating and a sensor reaction, then deploy the logic to the modules.

A short break before the AI assistant and the remaining tools.

AI assistant and logic simulation
You describe behaviour in plain language, review what the assistant intends to change, and approve it. You verify the result in simulation before it goes onto hardware.

Time schedules, installation-wide operating modes, and updating module firmware without losing the configuration.

Mobile app and remote access
Handing the installation to the homeowner, control from the Voldeno app, and remote diagnostics and configuration through Voldeno Cloud.

Who this course is for

We address installation companies, electricians, and investors who want to configure the system themselves.

Installers

You want to add building automation to your offer, or compare it with the systems you install today.

Electricians

The switchboard and the DIN rail are your job. The course adds the logic layer that is built in Studio, and the rules for wiring the bus.

Investors

You want to deploy the system with an electrician and configure the rest yourself, and you want to do it properly. We will show you how.

Practical module

You describe the behaviour. The assistant assembles the rest.

On the course you do this yourself: you describe how the building should behave, and the assistant reads the project, presents the planned change and waits for approval.

Before anything changes — The assistant presents the planned change and waits. Until then the project stays untouched.

After approval — The logic is assembled and ready for simulation. Settings you entered by hand stay as they were.

You do not need the library by heart

There are hundreds of blocks and new ones arrive regularly. The assistant picks them, so the first scenario is finished during the course.

Diagnosing an inherited installation

You can connect to an unknown project and ask what drives a given behaviour. We practise that on a prepared installation.

Isolated execution

Each script runs isolated on VolangVM and, on error, stops only itself. That isolation is why the assistant is allowed to generate logic.

We run a course once a group has formed. The order of cities follows the registrations, not a calendar set in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are there no dates?

We publish a confirmed date, not a planned one. We collect registrations and, once a group is complete in a city, we send the date and address to everyone on the list. You confirm attendance only then.

Is the course free?

Yes. There is no fee for the seat or the materials. Travel and any overnight stay are on you.

What should I bring?

A laptop with Voldeno Studio installed, on Windows, macOS or Linux. We provide the demo cases with Voldeno modules at every station.

Do I need building-automation experience?

No. The programme starts with architecture and wiring, so it does not assume previous work with automation. Basic electrical knowledge helps.

Do I need to know how to programme?

No. The whole scenario is built from logic blocks and a conversation with the assistant, with no code. Volang is the lower layer; its syntax is a topic of the advanced course.

What does the certificate cover?

Completion of the foundation course: system architecture, module configuration, logic blocks, the AI assistant and simulation. For installation companies it opens the partner-certification path.

Is this a sales meeting?

No. Most of the day is work at the station. Pricing and the partner programme come up in the question session, if participants ask.

Can I arrive late or leave early?

Yes. The day runs from 10:00 to 16:00 so travel from another city is realistic. Work at the demo case starts after the first break. Tell the instructor on the day.

What if I need to cancel?

Please tell us at least two days before the date so we can free the seat for the next person on the list. There is no fee, so cancellation does not cost anything.
